I thought that was in the paper long ago, at least a week or two.
I often wonder about what you do. You said that you were going to post pictures of what you do. Hope to see them soon.
What does this, office/department? do? Was there a similar office/department under the old government?
A further question that has I have been thinking is if the state government of Penang has any power at all regarding to human resource. In other words, does public servants in Penang come under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government or the state government.
